Performance Monitoring Committee An important component of any program delivery system, is an effective way of measuring results against the desired outcomes. This committee has been established to develop and maintain an accountability framework for housing related initiatives, especially identified within the approved Community Plan.
They strive to provide the Homeward Trust Board appropriate performance monitoring and program evaluation information for its members and funding agencies. This not only demonstrates the effectiveness of initiatives supported within Edmonton’s Community Plan, but also assists in targeting areas where the community can make the best use of its resources.
The sub committee is chaired by a member of the Board and is comprised of a minimum of 3 members that can be drawn from community organizations or interested participants with appropriate expertise. |
